Memorial Day

Officially Memorial Day commemorates and honors those who have died in active military service for our country. We talked with the girls about that and also remembered those in our family, past and present, who have served in the military. The list includes grandfathers, fathers, uncles and cousins. Specifically we are thinking about Uncle Bunker, Aunt Raegan as well as Nathan (Daniel's cousin). They have all served multiple tours in the current conflict in Iraq. Our thoughts are with them.
